TRADE PAYMENT INFORMATION
The Trade Payment Information section
gives an
objective, timely and accurate view of credit performance. Each
tradeline, or credit granted to a business represents a unique credit
relationship. The data is collected from thousands of credit grantors
who allow access to their accounts receivable files each month. The data
is collated into a consistent format and updated continuously with newly
granted tradelines so that you are able to make your decisions based on
current information.
For comparison
purposes, a plus (+), a minus (-) or an equal (=) sign next to each
tradeline with a balance in the left column of the page, indicates
whether the Days Beyond Terms (DBT) or tradeline is more than five days
higher (-), more than five days lower (+) or within five days of the
average DBT for that business category.
